We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

To request a return, email us with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, contact us promptly with photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after we confirm another resolution.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. No cancellation fee is charged for orders cancelled before dispatch.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
