By using nourishwear.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Product descriptions, availability and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages and may be updated from time to time before purchase.

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information. We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary because of stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, legal restrictions or inability to fulfill the order. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Product images are intended to represent the item as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen settings may cause minor color differences.

All site content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful activity.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to losses reasonably arising from the applicable order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
